Build in copper mug. Add gin, puree, and lime juice to mug and stir with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with strawberry fan and lime wheel/twist

With summer still in full swing, I wanted to make a Mule recipe highlighting some of the best flavors of the season, at least my favorite ones, which would be strawberries and honey. Add the strawberry and honey blend to your mule and swap out the vodka for some summer inspired gin, like this Midsummer Solstice from Hendricks that boasts crazy complex floral flavors, and you got yourself one summer AF mule.
