2 oz. Pink Gin @prohibitionspirits
1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Violet Liqueur

Shake all together with ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with flower and lemon twist.

Last weekend I was up wine tasting and exploring a little bit of Sonoma. We wanted to find some spirit tastings as well so we made a last minute stop into @prohibitionspirits tasting room and sampled a range of their gins and liqueurs. They have some amazing infused gins, such as the one I used in this Aviation riff, which was a hibiscus infused pink gin. The hibiscus gave such a nice boost to the floral profile of the classic as well as added a nice subtle hint of pink undertone to the color. I picked up their flight pack of gins so I’m looking forward to mixing with the other flavors too. Cheers!
