1/2 oz. Amaro
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3-4 Muddled Strawberries

Muddle strawberries in shaker. Add in other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into coupe glass. Serve up and garnish with strawberry and pineapple fronds.

Here is a little recreation of a drink I had recently at a beachfront Italian restaurant in Santa Barbara. It’s super delicious and fresh and a great summer white wine cocktail.
