Last weekend we had a fantastic meetup with Bay Area based drinkstagrammers, organized by Ramon @koktailmeister during his visit from Australia. We met up at PCH (Pacific Cocktail Haven) for an evening of amazing drinks. First of all, their drinks are all around fabulous and if you are in the area and haven’t been I would highly recommend it. But they had this Negroni riff on their menu and of course it was the first thing I ordered since I gravitate so heavily to Negronis, especially one that sounded this good and I had recently introduced myself to pandan, so just had to try it.
I was also able to recreate the recipe at home, having just made my own batch of pandan syrup, so it was perfect. The coconut washed Campari and the pandan flavors play so well together. This has to be one of my favorite takes on a Negroni. If you’re ever in the area, stop by PCH and give this one a try. Cheers!
