1 oz. Cinnamon Liqueur
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake all with ice, strain into coupe glass. Garnish with apple slice and lemon ribbon.

Finally to kick off the fall themed drinks, even though it’s been fall for a couple weeks now, here is a delicious and simple riff on a Sidecar using bourbon instead of cognac, infused with apple and mixed with homemade cinnamon liqueur. With apple and cinnamon being my favorite flavors of the season, I had to incorporate them into my first batch of fall drinks, so there will for sure be more to come 😉 Cheers!
