FOG ON THE WATER

2 1/2 oz. Rhum J.M
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
3 Drops Clove Bitters @infusebitters
Applewood Smoke

Stir with ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange slice. Smoke drink and serve

To top off #oldfashionedweek for me, here is a delicious Rhum OF recipe with cinnamon and clove. I also couldn’t resist playing around with my little smoking gun some more because let’s be honest, that smoke makes for the coolest shots 😍

The Rhum J.M I used here is another Agricole produced in Martinique and is insanely good. Makes sense though because the sugarcane from J.M Estate is recognized as the best on the island. The Rhum is aged in toasted American oak for 3 years. I got some winter baking spices off the palate so pairing it with cinnamon and clove absolutely did it justice.
