I saw a bunch of people posting some awesome looking rose cocktails to celebrate and support the release of Ashely’s @craftandcocktails book, Celebrate Rosè. Thought it was a good opportunity to jump on the train with my first rosè cocktail. Ive been wanting to experiment more with mezcal so I thought I would see how it paired with rosè, which turns out it does pretty well, adding a deep smokey bite to the sweetness of it. Grapefruit was a no brainer since it goes so well with both mezcal and rosè and I threw in some rosemary to make for a refreshing summer sip. Cheers!
