1 oz. Bitter Bianco @luxardousa
1 oz. Maraschino Liqueur @luxardousa
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake together all with ice. Strain into glass, serve up, garnish with lime peel and cherry

I’m hitting a double whammy with today’s post because:
1) It’s my actual entry for this month’s @homebarawards, the last one was kind of an after thought. I’ve never put together a fully clear cocktail and once I spotted the bottle of Bitter Bianco at my local @totalwine, I knew I had to grab it and try a recipe. Plus clear drinks are just mesmerizing 😍
2) NATIONAL TEQUILA DAY! Well it’s not till tomorrow for my part of the world, but a lot of places are already celebrating.
I’ve heard people raving about this bottle of Bitter Bianco and rightfully so. It’s both sweet and bitter and also herbal and just all around delicious. I just got it and it’s already one of my favorite bottles I own. Can’t wait to utilize it in more recipes. If you can get your hands on one, would highly recommend 10/10. The recipe turned out to be one of my favorites so far as well, being a very easy sipper with a whole symphony of flavor. Cheers!
