AUTUMN SOUR

1 1/2 oz. Apple Infused Bourbon @bulleit
1/2 oz. @fernetbranca
1 oz. Cardamom Syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Egg White

Put all ingredients except egg white into shaker and shake with ice. Strain and discard ice. Add egg white and shake. Pour over ice into glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
