2 1/2 oz. Bacon Fat Washed Bourbon @bulleit
1/4 oz. Demerara Gum Syrup
3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters @scrappysbitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

Stir with ice. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish – dark chocolate dipped bacon sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt

Happy Friday Drinkstagram! I hope what’s in your glasses this weekend is as savory and delicious as this OF recipe using bacon fat washed bourbon, rich Demerara, and a combo of chocolate and orange bitters. For sure my fav OF recipe I’ve mixed up to date. Even the chocolate bacon itself is a whole other level of deliciousness. This also would make an ideal cocktail to go with brunch. Rich, savory, smooth, with hints of bacon, what else could you possibly need in a weekend sipper? Cheers!
